At MOCWorks Studio, we strive to provide a seamless building experience from the moment you click "Order." To ensure total transparency and no hidden surprises, we operate on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for our primary markets.

1. DDP Service: No Hidden Fees

For all orders shipped to the United States, Singapore, and Malaysia, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service.

• You will not be asked by the courier or customs to pay any additional fees upon the arrival of your package. We handle the paperwork and the costs so you can focus on your build.

2. Free Shipping Regions

We continue to offer Free Shipping alongside our DDP service to:

• United States (10 - 15 business days)

• Singapore & Malaysia (5 - 10 business days)

3. Processing & Tracking

• Processing: 3-4 business days.

• Tracking: A tracking number will be sent to your email as soon as the package is dispatched. Since we handle customs clearance internally for DDP, tracking may show "Customs Clearance in Progress" before updating to local delivery status.

4. International Orders (Outside USA/SG/MY)

For countries not listed above, orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Recipients are responsible for any local customs fees or taxes.

Customs & Duties:

All shipments are sent with delivery duty paid (DDP) where applicable. Buyers will not be required to pay additional customs fees upon delivery.
